Falcon Corporation Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 Certified company is a wholly indigenous leading midstream and downstream Gas Engineering company, and the franchise operator for the Ikorodu Natural Gas Franchise, Lagos State. She is also the Managing Director and principal strategist of other companies within the Falcon Corporation group including Falcon Kinetics Limited, Falcon Property Development Company Limited, Aznic Investments Limited, and ZEEBO Foods Limited.

Audrey holds several Masters’ degrees and executive certifications in the areas of Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Leadership and Governance – from the University of Nigeria, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Lagos Business School, Harvard Business School and IE Business School, Madrid.

Audrey is the President, Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) – the umbrella association and voice for businesses and professionals involved in the Nigerian gas industry, and a chartered member of the International Gas Union (IGU). She is the first female President of the NGA in the Association’s 20-year history. A dedicated member of the NGA for over 13years and prior to assuming the presidency, Audrey served for 11 of those years on the NGA Executive Council in various capacities as an Ex-Officio Council member; Member, NGA Programs Committee; Member, Editorial & Publications committee for the ‘Nigeria Gas’ industry quarterly publication of the NGA; Member, Building Committee; Chairperson, NGA Sponsorship Sub-Committee; Chairperson, Editorial Board; Chairperson, NGA Investment Promotions & Export Relations Committee; 2nd vice President, and 1st Vice President.

Audrey is on the Executive Council of Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ) and serves on both the WIMBIZ Conference Planning Group, as well as the WIMBIZ Membership & Programs Committee. She is also a member of the International Women’s Society (IWS) where she previously served on the Executive Committee as the Programs Secretary, receiving an award for exemplary service during her tenure.  Audrey gives of herself in service to society and humanity as a partner and sponsor to various NGO’s focused on improving the lot of widows, orphaned and vulnerable children. She is the founder of The Barnabas Widows Support Foundation.

She is a prolific writer and author with four published books. Audrey is also the Promoter of The Double Impact Platform which delivers business and relationship-building training to couples who are in business together.

An international speaker and facilitator, Audrey has won several awards for her contributions to building entrepreneurial capacity in the industry and Nigeria at large, including the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year West Africa Award 2014 and Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 Award. She was also elected a 2014 United Nations Global Entrepreneurship Week ‘Women Entrepreneurship Day’ Ambassador for Nigeria.
